Corporal Kelsitter is determined to catch his bank robber, who he believes is staying on the hill beside Rainorama. After an anonymous phone call Creffie knows he must leave Diego Martin with his faithful Melda and his $2 million. Policeman Ronan, perhaps the most intriguing of the characters, is caught in the middle, but the question remains, will the culprit or culprits escape?
